A protocol enabling submission and relay of transaction packages (parent + children) together. Allows child transactions to pay fees for parents below minimum relay feerate, fixing CPFP limitations for presigned transactions.
Technical Notes
Critical for Lightning: commitment transactions signed with old feerates need CPFP via anchor outputs. Without package relay, low-fee parents rejected before child seen. BIP-331 defines package relay messages. Enables ephemeral anchors.
