A Layer 2 protocol enabling off-chain payments through virtual UTXOs (vTXOs) managed by an Ark Service Provider (ASP). Users join periodic 'rounds' where the ASP creates shared UTXOs, with atomic swaps ensuring non-custodial guarantees.
Technical Notes
vTXOs have unilateral exit via pre-signed transactions with timelocks. ASP provides liquidity, users atomically swap on-chain funds for vTXOs. Rounds batch users together. Exit requires waiting for expiry or ASP cooperation. Improves with covenants.
