A redesign of Bitcoin Core's mempool organizing transactions into clusters of related transactions. Enables better fee estimation, more efficient block building, and fixes RBF pinning vulnerabilities.
Technical Notes
Cluster = connected component of transactions by parent-child relationships. Linearization orders cluster transactions by feerate. Enables: O(1) eviction, ancestor/descendant limit removal, better RBF rules. Major refactor ongoing in Bitcoin Core.
