Hash Board
Mining● Common

A circuit board containing multiple ASIC chips that performs the actual SHA-256 hashing in a mining rig. Enterprise miners (S19, M50) typically contain 3-4 hash boards. Hash boards are the most valuable and failure-prone components in mining hardware.

Technical Notes

Components: ASIC chips (76-200+ per board), voltage regulators, temperature sensors, control circuits. Common failures: dead chips, power delivery issues, connector problems. Repair requires specialized equipment (hot air, BGA rework). Boards can be hot-swapped in some models.
